Expenditures
Expenditures are purchases of products or services made by the state. Currently, the Open FI$Cal website contains only state expenditure information, as required by law. The internal FI$Cal system contains much more information, including data from all stages of the budgeting, procurement, and accounting process. Among the many types of data contained in the FI$Cal system are:
- Governor’s proposed budget
- Enacted budget
- Fund Balances
- Revenues
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Contracts and Purchase Orders
- Transfers
- Labor Distribution
We are exploring the possibility of adding more types of information from the internal FI$Cal system to the Open FI$Cal website. In the meantime, you can find other state financial information at the links on our Other Data page.
